INVOICE REQUEST

We use these details to create your invoice, record the request and send the invoice to your email. Account details appear on the invoice, not on this page.

  1. Submit your details.
  2. Receive your personalized invoice.
  3. Pay by USD or EUR bank transfer.
  4. Send payment confirmation.
  5. Receive the private scheduling link after verification.

The email and Sheet automation will activate when the Google web app URL is connected.

BOOKING POLICY

Clear terms before payment

Eligibility

A completed free discovery call is required before requesting this paid session.

Payment

Full payment is required. An unpaid appointment is not reserved.

Invoice validity

The invoice is due within seven calendar days. A new invoice may be required after expiry.

Rescheduling

Reschedule once without charge with at least 12 hours' notice.

Cancellation

Cancel 24 hours ahead for a refund, less non-refundable transfer fees.

Late cancellation

Within 24 hours is non-refundable. A credit may be offered at our discretion.

No-show

You may reschedule one missed appointment. If the rescheduled appointment is also missed and no substantive work was delivered, 50% of the session fee may be refunded.

Late arrival

The session ends at the scheduled time. More than 15 minutes late may count as a no-show.
